Suggest Treatment For Painful Lesions On Labia Minora

Hi, I'm a 25 year old female, usually fit and well. 1 week ago I started getting flu like symptoms. Meanwhile, while having sex with my boyfriend (with a condom), we had to stop as it was too painful..The flu symptoms continued and I had a fever for one evening, which responded to paracetamol. 2-3 days later I started having a constant burning sensation in my vulva (even at rest and at night) accompanied by extreme stinging when urinating--so much that I avoid going to the toilet. I also then started my period. I thought that this was just a UTI so drank plenty of water, cranberry juice, herbal antibiotics (OTC as I am travelling and don't have prescription for antibiotics), and drinking sachets. However, yesterday I noticed that I have multiple painful lesions on both sides of my labia majora, at the border where the hair begins/end as well as 2-3 in the inner side near my clitoris and urethra. I have even noticed one on my labia minora. They are raised and inflamed and some look like they could be a pimple--with a white centre. The one on my labia minora now looks like it has popped with a red ulcer like border. I have had the same partner for the past year; I was previously on the pill but had stopped and so we have been using a condom. I had unprotected sex prior to this (2 years ago) with a long-term partner who had no STIs. 1.5 weeks ago I stupidly shaved/trimmed my pubic hair--could hopefully all this be a combination of folliculitis and irritation during sex/UTI? Or is it something much worse?
