General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

You can continue taking Advil 600 mg 4 times daily and wear a knee brace. Since your pain is not subsiding, I recommend that you follow up with your primary provider to undergo corticosteroid injection into the knee joint and start physical therapy to strengthen muscles.

Dr.Lekshmi
