General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic...

Depending on degree of hemorrhoids , further management can be planned ....
So proctoscopy examination needed by surgeon...

Here are some suggestions.....
-Lots of fluid taken
-Avoud excess spicy foods
-Avoid straining at stool
-Increase fiber in diet
-If inflammation more topical steroid cream can be applied
-While taking bath excess scrubbing avoided
-anal area warm water sitz bath useful
-laxative taken to avoid constipation
-If medical management failed than banding , sclerosent injection , hemorrhoidectomy like option available

Take care

Advise : Consult surgeon for examination..
