Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump On Head

My five year old child bumped the back of her head and has a quarter sized bump. She is complaining of pain on the site but no where else. She is playing a game now and can be distracted from the pain, but I want to be extra cautious. How long should I watch her closely and what symptoms should concern me?

If she only has some pain at the site of the bump and is otherwise acting as her normal self, you can observe her for 4 hours.
