Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. From your vital data, it appears that you have a borderline hypertension along with bradycardia. The history of exercise intolerance and fainting spells calls for a proper clinical examination by a general physician. You also need an ECG, echo-cardiogram, blood counts, urinalysis and if needed, a chest x-ray. Further management can be planned once a clarification is obtained through these investigations. Meanwhile take sufficient rest and do not exert. Hope this helps.
