Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Right Leg

Dear Doctor sir,

I feel pain in my right lower leg outer side when I sit cross legged for worshiping for a longer periods as to say half an hour to one hour or so. I change position from cross legged to camel like position and vice versa and keep on my worshipping.I take little more time in toilet also.Please advise. Thanks.

You have not mentioned if this pain is in joint or in full lower leg. I think most probably it is knee arthritis. It causes pain and clicking sound from the joint. Also other cause can be pinch nerve at spine. i would suggest you to show it to an orhtopaedic surgeon and take his opinion. He will be able to tell you what is the cause after examination.Till then you can take Brufen for pain relief and also avoid squatting.
