Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg Muscle
after most sundays i play football, expecially where i do alot of goal kicks, corners etc, the next 5 days or so my outer muscle next to my shin bone aches tremendously, everytime i flex, extend and rotate my ankle it pulls. yesterday i ran on athletics track yesterday not wearing spikes and it is now worse. what can u recommend?
