Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Side Of Chest
i have sensation of pain for a second at left most of my chest, 2d echo was done it is normal , ecg lipid profile are normal, after belching it becomes normal, doctor advised pantadoc dsr for 30 days but even now the problem persists why this accur

It is good that you have already undergone tests to rule out the cardiac problems.
Your pain is acute and for a short time, left of chest, gets better with belching .
I would advise to undergo upper GI endoscopy to find out the problem, it may be gastritis or a combination of acidity related findings, Add on a proper treatment as per the findings ( your Doctor will add-on).
