Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip And Knees During Pregnancy

Hi I am 40 and expecting my 3rd baby due mid July. I have had pain (pressure) in my lower abd since I was 4 months preg. I I was told that I have fibroids during my first ultrasound. My left hip areas have lately been paining. My knees feel like they can barely get me down stairs in our house. Please help with any advise. I cant sit or sand long i.e 20 min of either gives me too much abd pressure.

tablet paracetamol is very safe for relieving pain during pregnancy. you symptoms are suggesting that you might have low calcium so i hope that you are on calcium supplements to avoid further complications.
The pregnancy advances intra-abdominal pressure increases. your symptoms of gastric discomfort may increase with time. Take fluids more and include more fiber diet to keep gastric tract clear. take proper rest.
