Suggest Treatment For Pain In Heels And Stiffness In Knees

Doctor,I am a polio patient since my childhood. MY right leg is shorter.I am now 40 years old ,but these days I am facing too much problem in walking, fatigue amd pain in my heels and stiffness in my healthy knee.kindly guide me what exercide should I do for muscle strengthing or any medicine.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.You have got pain in the healthy knee because you are taking more weight on it due to other limb being weak. You can do quadriceps excercises to strengthen the muscles of this limb. You can get vitamin D test to rule out vitamin D deficiency. You can discuss with your doctor about it.
