Suggest Treatment For Pain In Foreskin Due To Circumcision

My 2 1/2 year old circumcised son has a very red raw looking place under what is left of his foreskin. I've been using zinc oxide for a day or so, and started using neosporin for kids with pain medicine. He is frequently complaining of pain. Does this need a visit to his Dr?

Hi, Thanks for your question.
Yes I would take him to your Dr for assessment as he may have a post-operative infection that requires antibiotic treatment.
Best wishes
