Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary tract infection or urinary stones and associated infection. Urine routine should be carried out to rule out infection and ultrasound examination should be done to rule out stones. In case of infection antibiotics will be needed. I usually advise antibiotics like norfloxacin empirically and send urine for culture and change antibiotic if necessary. In case of kidney stones if its is small potassium citrate and consumption of of lot of water will be helpful in expelling the stones. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
