Suggest Treatment For Pain During Urination And Frequent Bowel Movements
I ve been using the bathroom a lot today. I would say about every hour or so. And when I wipe, there s squishy, gooey yellowish balls coming from, I guess, my vagina. Also it hurts when I urinate. There s even blood, but not as if I m on my period. More like it s red discharge. I m not a virgin. The last time I had sex was about 7 weeks ago but before that, it was only with other girls. Please help. It s been worrying me all day.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain during urination and frequent bowel movements . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like hemorrhoids , anal fissure , urinary tract infection , constipation , excessive fluid intake , bladder stones and interstitial cystitis . It seems to me that the symptoms are probably due to urinary track infection . I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination and rule out other condition . Doctor may order blood test , lab analysis of the urine , computerized tomography and cystoscope . Doctor may prescribe sulfamethoxazole , fosfomycin , ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin along with anti inflammatory and analgesic .
