Hi! Im currently 38 weeks pregnant with my second child my first labour i was induced so all pains are new to me. For the past 48 hours ive had a constant dull pain in my lower back and a few stabbing pains down below but no contractions as far as i know. Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
As per your narration it looks like pre labour pains.
Just do some low back exercises, take warm water bath.
If pains increase in frequency or intensity and are associated with vaginal discharge, please report your delivery unit.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
