Suggest Treatment For Pain During Intercourse And Urination

pain during intercourse for years, urination, just pain in the pelvic are while doing nothing, constant burning, swelling of my stomach, back pain, fatigue, very heavy flows wit black blood, ripping of tissue at the 6 ocklock zone during sex every single time, have been tested for stds multiple times, all the tests are negative, ultrasound looks good, doctor is telling me it s all in my head....!!?? also had a miscarriage last year 5 weeks

First, STD and urinary infection should be rule dout by tests since these are most common causes. second, ovarian cysts and endometriosis may be considered if this happens in the middle of cycle. I dont thnik this is in your had. You should use lubricants and avoid agressive intercourses
