Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Anal Fistula

I am a 25 year old healthy male that was diagnosed with Chrons disease about 3 tears ago. It was discovered by anal fistula . Never had stomach or bowel issues, just fistula's . I went through Fistulatamies and my doctor placed me on Remicade to the Maximum amount to try to close them. The dosage was upped numerous times with basically no affect. I'm considering stoping the Remicade after about 2 years. I just want these fistulas closed! Can anyone help. What can I do to stop the pain from the Fistula's

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query is appreciated, if the fistula is the main concern then surgery is the only option you have else it can not be cured with the medicine, pain can be managed with medicine but fistula has to be closed or repaired, I advise to talk to surgeon, looking for a medicine is wasting of time, hope this information helps.
