Hi I have an pain on the upper right side of my adams apple. It doesn t hurt to swallow, just an achy pain and pressure. Also mild pain in ears. When I touch the spot I can t tell if there is a lump. I do have a slight underactive thyroid. I am a 47 yr old female who smokes a little

local examination by doctor is required. thyroid hormone essay may be done and consult immunologist for examination and advise on treatment.better to refrain from smoking get ear examined by ent doctor. may be tooth pain is referred to ear.cause of pain is to be diagnosed and treated.
