Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Pain

I had a hystrectomy two years ago my right ovary was removed but my left is still present, I have been in so much pain with it I had an ultrasound and it was determine I have a unilocular anechoic focus on my left ovary which is very painful, what do I need to do?

Welcome to HCM.

Well see having a focus in left ovary is probably your cause of concern here. You also had a hysterectomy done 2 years ago. If you are more than 40-45 year old, I suppose its better to get the left oophorectomy done after consulting your gynaecologist. A biopsy should be sent and medications given. Then according to biopsy report, treatment can proceed.
