General Surgeon 's  Response

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

Yes, you should go to ER and do ultrasound to see the size of cyst and presence of hemmorhagic fluids in pelvis. This may require also laparoscopic procedures and for permanent solution you may need surgery sooner or later. It can be treated with hormonal medications for some short time.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
