Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst Causing Pain In Right Abdominal Area

I ve had ovarian cyst taken out on right side along with fallopian tube and overy,I ave a ovarian cyst on lft side which is 3mm and I m getting alot of pain across base of tummy n right side is more painful Than left could this be because the cyst is playing up on lft side???
