Suggest Treatment For Night Fall And Sperm Leakage
Dear Doctor Sir,
Actually I m facing with the Sexual Disease. The outmost sign of my disease is given below:-
1. Night fall
2. Without erecting of my Penis the Sperm goes flow in night, & also without handling... it goes through past 2-3years.
3. At the time of urination,3-4 drops of thin white sperm also fallen.
4. This gives me depression, loss of weight, body shape thin, acne in faces & memory lose.
5. Give me the right way of solution & treatment for it., if u can…

Hi,
Please remember, night fall is quite a NORMAL phenomenon. It does not need treatment. There are sperms inside your testicles. It will come out either by sex or by masturbation. If it cannot come out, it will "overflow" and that is night fall. It is not associated with any harm. rest assured. If you still feel uncomfortable, you can take some special medicines, ONLY after consulting doctor.
