hi,nausea and vomiting is common in pregnancy though exaggerated in some pregnancies.it is not necesarry that all pregnancies in the same individual will be similr.along with zofran start taking tab pantop 40 mg twice a day for 3 days.avoid meat and oily foods.take light and small frequent meals like bread toast, biscuit etc.avoid tea and coffee.low feeling can be because of nausea and vomiting so no need to consult the doctor.since your baby is low you should take tab duphaston 10 mg twice a day till 37 completed weeks as it supports the growing pregnancy.take care and all the best.
