Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Diarrhea And Headache

I have gotten nausea, diarrhea, headaches, when eating sourdough bread. Have resently begun eating and am not sure if that if this is what causing the symptoms listed. They were negligible but some of the symptoms have begun to manifest quite readily after just taking a bite. I eat other bread, specifically white/wheat and no symptom.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastroenteritis. I recommend over the counter option like Imodium.

I also recommend taking daily probiotics. For a headache, I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen. I suggest you drink liquids and eat a plain diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
