Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Stomach Upset

Hi. I am enquiring about my stepson. For the last few days he has been feeling very run down with nausea and an upset stomach. He also has extremely painful chapped lips, much like a cold sore but all over his top an bottom lip. All he really wants to do is sleep

Probably it look like a case of loss of fluids or low fluid intake. along with chronic deficiency symptoms over lips and around. Give ORAL REHYDRATION SOLUTION. also start Multivitamins containing water soluble vitamins. Check basic Hemograme. For lips can use lip guard sort of applications.
