ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi
Thank for asking to HCM.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are having Rhinitis medicamentosa caused due to excessive use of Xylometazoline nose drop which itself lead to nasal blockage excess.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you steam inhalation & Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine .
Stop using Xylometazoline HCL USP 0.1% w/v as spray .
Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day.
Thanks.
