Suggest Treatment For Nasal Bleeding In A Child

My son 6 year old son had nosebleed for last two years and he used to always bleed from right nostril. So 4 weeks back, blood vessel was cauterize dandy everything went well. Today he had nosebleed from his left nostril. This is the first time he is having from left nostril where he always had bleeding right nostril which was cauterized.. Should we be concerned?

Hello

As you explain the situation I don't think you should be worried so much because in children might be that the vessels of the nasal mucosa are superficial and cause bleedings. However plan a talk with his pediatrician just for safety
