General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient, you are decribing 3 different Problems:

1. Migraine: effective treatment for migraine can be ibuprofen, paracetamol or triptanes like sumatriptane, please let your doctor check if this med. applys to you and let him perscribe it
2. Acidity (stomach). There is effective medication for acid blocking such as pantoprazole available, your md will also know about that.
3. Back and ankle pain: the information on that you have provided so far is not specific enough to provide a detailed advice, generally there is pain medication available depending on if it is a back problem like ischiadic nerve affection and/or arthrosis or any other condition of the ankle. If possible, an orthopedic or gp doctor should have alook at it to find the cause first before specific treatment can be provided.
Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
