ok I take Tylenol# 3. I have for a year for severe Migraines. I take urine test and they know I get prescriptions for this. They are trying to see if the levels in my system is normal or abusive. Sometime there is alot in my system sometimes not. Why because it is as needed.Well I want to know if I take 4-5 tablets a day sometimes. How much would be in my system if taken regularly at the most.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having migraine.
The treatment by the use of tylenol is required only for pain relief in acute episodes.
The treatment is required by the use of anti-migraine drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
