Suggest Treatment For Memory Loss

Hello Doc, I am 23 years old, my height is 5.1 feet, my weight 50, since 3 years i am suffering with memory loss, whatever i keep somewhere i use to forget, i often forget that i put salt in curry or not or sugar in sweets. An I often forget household things. In 2010 I got Married & now I have conceived & my 5th month is running, I have slight high Blood Pleasure since pregnancy.and I have no addictions like even tea or coffee. Still i have this problem due to this my marital life is being disturbed. Sir, What should I do, I am helpless. & now my baby is gonna come, I dun know how I manage the great responsibility. please help me in this regard.

Stress and anxiety, or fatigue may cause such issues. Worrying much more than necessary about these issues aggravates the situation. Try to conduct a calm life, exercise, rest, eat healthily.
