Suggest Treatment For Male Pattern Baldness

i have a male pattern baldness problem. I m 36 years old. I got to know there is medical solution for it. Like Minoxidil 5 % and 2%, Finastride 1 mg and biotin 10 mg. what you suggest to do.. in which combination i would take these medicine and please suggest generic affordable effective medicine for MPB. I m very thankful to you.

Finesteride is an androgen antagonist decreases libido and also affects sperm count but this is reversible once the medication is stopped. First you try with Minoxidil which increases the micro circulation of scalp promoting hair growth with biotin supplementation. Other options include Platelet rich plasma injections and stem cell therapy.
