It is very difficult to treat hereditary alopecia
also called ANDROGENETIC ALOPECIA.There are good medicines for this but it would give you only temporary benefit. Once you have taken proper treatment for say 1 year ,you would get good hair for may be 3-4 years ,but then gradually you would start loosing hair again.Since i've not seen your condition ,it is difficult for me to say whether medicines would have any effect or not at this moment.
If you have lost your hair completely and baldness
is visible then the only permanent option is HAIR TRANSPLANTATION
