Suggest Treatment For Malaria

Hi my husband just came back from ghana about a week ago...now he is diagnosed with malaria and colitis..He went to the doctor earlier and they gave him 4 pills and antibiotics.He is still running a fever and have all the symptoms of the malaria...What should we do??

management of malaria is very easy. Some antimalarials and a close look at blood count specially platelets is advised. Also complete serology of dengue and sorting out of the causative agent of malaria and its type is necessary for further precautions.rest assured, malaria is quite normal and easily treatable. Stay in touch with your infectious disease specialist.
