Suggest Treatment For Malaria

hi, i m suffering from malaria since last Saturday, i m regularly taking medicines given by my Dr. but fever doesn't goes away? my blood test report (recent one) shows no MP on thick & thin smear. Urine test report is normal. SGPT(ALT)(IFCC) result shows 66.4 IU/L (normal value upto 40 IU/L), but i m not suffering from vomiting. So plz help me....

Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

I presume that you were tested for Malaria and it came positive ( initially ). I need to know what exactly the report said because there are different types of malaria for example Falciparum / vivax. Treatment differs for these .

Also let me know what medications you are on . There are certain medications of malaria for which resistance have come , if you are on those medications you need to be changed to newer medications .

Don't worry about SGPT values it will settled down by itself .
