Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My husband had Malaria a couple of years ago and last night he started with body aches and being very cold and this morning he is sweating excessively and feels like bad flu

Body aches and pain can occur with malaria but can also occur with other infections as well so he would need to be assessed to determine the cause of his symptoms.

Conditions such as the flu, dengue, to name only a few, can also cause these symptoms.

It would be best for him to be assessed by his doctor. Blood tests would likely be needed as well.
