Hi

Your sister is suffering from stage 4 lung cancer.
THe tumour must have spread in her bones which is causing her ribs fracturing.
Treatment at this stage consist of palliative chemotherapy to improve quality of life.
I would also advise zoledronic acid injections in her case for bone pain.
Average survival time varies from 6 to 9 months at this stage.

Regards
DR De
