Suggest Treatment For Lump On Head And Swollen Eyes After Head Injury

Hi I collapsed and banged my head on concrete step now I have got lump on my head above my ear n across towards my face but also my side of face n
ear my eyes n cheeks gone all swollen and puffy why would it of done that n I got headaches but I get headaches a lot any way

hi,
did u have any fainting, seizure, bleed from nose or ears or any other symptoms you forgot to mention.when did this happen?its good if you get propery evaluated by a doctor and get your xray/CT done accordingly immediately, because HEAD INJURIES SHOULDNT BE NEGLECTED.for time being take tab.serratiopetidase+diclofenac along with pantoprazole twice to thrice daily.this reduces pain and swelling.
