Suggest Treatment For Lump In Throat After Treated Strep Throat

hi, in the past week or so ive noticed a lump in my throat, it only is active at night, but as soon as i lay down it seems to appear, and when i roll over or lie on my back it seems to move and I can feel it as it slides around the back of my throat. I just recently got over strep throat and its the same feeling except i cannot see any bateria growing and i have not felt sick at all, other than neasous when i feel the lump. i cannot cough it up there is no mucous or phlegm, and once it is there it wont go away unless i drink a large amount of liquid and at that point it will slowly go down my throat until i lie down again. please help me!
