Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count

hi, am shashi my husband as less sperm count and less mortility, we have taken treatements in few hospital but no use , few months we took trements in cambridage hospital ulsoor their did IUI for me but no use. after that my husband took treatment for increseing the sperm count so the had tablets for 8 to 9 months tablets like oligocare 250mg etc ... even this tablets also doesnot work at last we took ayurvedic treatment for one month due that treatment my husbands sperm count became 0 count, befor that it was 20 count. we are so apset we do no what to do please suggest me someing.

You might like to visit a specialized fertility center and get your husbands sperm count repeated. It might help to go for another session of IUI or IVF.
