General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Pain and loose motions after eating anything can be due to the following reasons:
Inflammatory lesion wither in the bowel or near bowel like inflamed lymph node or diverticulitis.
This needs the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon so that further investigations can be done to get the proper cause and get treated accordingly.
I would advise her the following in such a situation:
CT scan of the whole abdomen.
Barium meal and follow through.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
Colonoscopy.
IF a specific thing is found out she will need a specific treatment in the form of medications and/or surgery.
IF all the investigations are normal then the problem may be of IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome and get treated for it.
Control of stress and anxiety then helps a lot.
I find this answer helpful
