General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your pulse rate is low and blood pressure along with blood glucose level is also low so you are having dizziness and light-headedness. You are suggested to take some warm beverage like coffee, tea, chocolate, etc. You can also take soup or ORS. Take water so that your electrolyte balance in the body is maintained.

Weakness, pain in the legs and bodyache are due to sodium, potassium depletion. Take acetaminophen (tylenol), one SOS when needed for relieve from pain. Take high protein diet with food rich in minerals like iron, calcium & magnesium. You can also take supplements. Take adequate sleep but avoid sedentary lifestyle. You should do regular walking and exercises.

Since you are having Bradycardia (pulse rate 56), you should get a routine cardiac check up done to detect any developing CAD, so that you can be treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
