Slight Movement On Head While Walking Is Causing Dizziness, headache & Loss Of Balance

While walking, if I happen to turn my neck to the left, and then brings back, a dizziness, light light headedness
and loss of balance is felt. Have a feeling that left side nerve is not right. Could you suggest some treatment ?
Thank you.
