Nephrologist 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that there is stone formation in the cystic lesion. Ideally, contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) should be done to exclude malignant conversion of the cyst, and if there are any complications arising from the cyst, then partial or total nephrectomy may have to be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tamay Mukherjee
