I have just started running and I am experiencing pain in the front of my leg, which I believe is, shine splints. i am also having pains on the inside of my knee that is the same intensity as the front part of my leg. Both are sore to the touch; and neither bother me if I remain active. It doesn't hurt when I run or walk, but it hurts after cooling down. It's like a buring sensation under the skin.
