Suggest Treatment For Left Testicular Enlargement
My left testicle is larger than left. It hurts from time to time and is red. I am 24 yrs old. I have had an accident where a large bruise formed on my left pubic muscle close to the groin when I was 14. The lumps the formed from the accident never went away. Now they are gone but my left testicle is enlarged. I need to know if this is prostate nacre or the bruise-lumps somehow went to my testicles.

Tetsticular cancer.
Epididymo-orchitis- inflammation of the testis and epididymis.
Varicocele
