General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Immediately after the procedure transient lack of semen production can be seen. If problem persists we have to suspect injury to seminal vesicles or other sperm producing machinery. Consult a urologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
