Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain
I am waiting to see an orthopedic surgeon for my menisucs tear (knee) but today I've almost doubled over in pain because the lower part of the knee was in so much pain. My whole knee creeks if I move my foot or even slightly move my leg. What can I do for this pain while I wait for my appointment?
