Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain
I woke up two nights ago with a pain in my knee and a feeling of bone touching bone! since then, I have swelling and knee paid on the inside and outer side of my knee with pain in the shine area below the knee. I am not sure what I have done or what I should do. I am applying ice and have a stretch bandage on my knee for support.

your symptoms may have different causes.most common are
like-gout,osteoarthritis,trauma,decrease in synovial fluid content.
i shall advise you to take-
NSAID like aceclofenac for pain.
multivitamin.
glucosamine and chondroitin combination.
wear kneecap.
rest.
take a xray of your knee and consult an orthopaedician.
