you should consult an orthopedic surgeon to get your proesthetic checked again... there are chances of geting infected or wear and tear which causes pain... painkillers or herbal will just give you relief for short time
Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Tripat Mehta's  Response
Hello. I have gone through your problem. I would suggest you to go for RA factor test done. Alongwith I will suggest you some herbal medicines and preparations.
1. Take tab Chandraprabha wati 2bd after meals. You can take it for 6 months continuously. It has absolutely no side effects and it help you for your diabetes and pain too.
2. Make a decoction of neem(Azadirachta indica) leaves by adding 20-25 leaves in one liter of water and simmer it on low flame. when left 1/4th...filter the decoction...add a new drops of lemon as per your taste and consume it like tea.
3. Consume 1/2 tsp of trifala powder with one glass full of water before going to sleep at night.
4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
I hope this will help.
Still if you have any query please feel free to contact.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Thanks
