Hello,

Heaviness in head & difficulty in concentration commonly occurs in anxiety attacks. Other medical conditions that can cause similar problems are tension headache, migraine or vertigo. You are suggested to stay well hydrated to keep your electrolyte level(sodium/potassium) normal, take adequate sleep & stay away from addictions if any. Take nutritious food & do regular exercises. Get clinically examined by a GP. Get CT, MRI or spinal tap (if required) done to detect the cause of your discomfort.

Knee pain is commonly due to injury, torn cartilage, ligament issues or fracture. OA, RA, gout & infection can be the other causes for knee discomfort. Get clinically examined, get X-Ray, MRI, CT & blood tests for OA & RA done to detect the cause & get treated at the earliest. In the meantime you ca take pain relievers like Naproxen or Acetaminophen for relieve. Knee physical therapy or braces may help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
