Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

From the available description there is good possibility that you are dealing with sexually transmitted illness provided you are sexually active.

In case you are not sexually active the possibility allergy is next thing which could arise from any of the newly bought soap or detergent used for cleaning the local area.

I feel it will be appropriate to see a doctor as soon as possible because irritation and inflammation in any form can cause extensive damage if not treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar, Psychiatrist
